Mental toughness, to me, is the resilience to forge ahead in the face of adversity, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to progress even when confronted with challenges. It involves the strength to establish and maintain healthy boundaries, ensuring one’s well-being while navigating through difficult circumstances.
