Bryan Matsuoka

Bryan has been with the Idaho Small Business Development Center since 1996 and served as the South Central Regional Director since 2006.

He completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Boise State University and received his Masters of Education from the University of Idaho.

After a long career in public education, Bryan became a sales representative and general manager of a software development firm for Hewlett Packard Company. He is a successful business owner and worked as a marketing director.

Bryan also served as the Secretary/ Treasurer member of the Board of Directors for an Idaho Corporation, LLC formation.

Eric joins us after seven years of working for a number of non-profits in Idaho, connecting people to various resources and programs promoting mental and physical health. During that time, they developed excellent communication and administrative skills, allowing them to more effectively serve the people in their community.

Eric received their BA in Creative Writing at Boise State University in 2020. They look forward to using their education and work experience to help the SBDC at CSI continue to support small businesses in South Central Idaho.

Since 2015, Mary has honed her research skills and excels in providing interesting summaries for our clients.

Her analysis of financial data, experience in the commercial industry, and navigation of insurance and official paperwork processes makes her a vital part of your business success.

She has 11 years’ experience as a retail department manager, and 17 years in commercial sales for a janitorial and food service supplier. She was an operations supervisor for a local call center specializing in Medicare Insurance.

As a successful computer business owner, Dennis possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in business ownership, processes and operations, and project management.

A 25-year resident of Twin Falls, Dennis has also served as a school administrator and coached a variety of sports from youth to adult.

His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Valparaiso University and a Masters of Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University.

Brent is a native Idahoan and studied at Idaho State University where he earned degrees in both Corporate Finance and Management & Organization. He spent his 40 year career in banking and finance and attended the RMA Credit Analysis School at Leesburg, Virginia.

Brent has been a guest instructor at the College of Southern Idaho and the American Institute of Banking. Prior to semi-retiring at the end of 2017.

Throughout his career, Brent worked for several regional and community banks culminating in serving as the Regional Commercial Loan Manager for a large, regional banking organization. Brent is also a two-time recipient of the coveted Idaho SBA Lender of The Year Award.

Trey started with ISBDC in April of 2018. ​He has a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management. Trey also played baseball for the College of Southern Idaho while he attended school.

Trey brings 10 years of retail, coaching, and residential investing experience to the Idaho Small Business Development Center.

He has led professional teams of up to 25 members. His skill and focus in digital marketing are of great benefit to the center and our clients.

Alexza was raised in a Spanish-speaking household in Jerome ID and is a graduate of the College of Southern Idaho, class of 2022. She earned her Associate of Arts Degree in General Business.

She joined ISBDC as a Work Scholar March of 2021 and has learned valuable insights into small business operations. Along with SBDC she splits her time with 2 other occupations. She is an Account Coordinator/Virtual Assistant for a remote bookkeeping company & the Office Manager for her family’s trucking business.
